The service
CliniFlows provides tools for authoring, governing, publishing, and reading clinical pathways. These terms apply to use of the CliniFlows website, accounts, workspaces, and published pathway services.
Accounts and workspaces
Users must provide accurate account information, protect their sign-in method, and use the service only through access they are authorised to hold. Organisation administrators are responsible for managing membership and assigning appropriate workspace roles.
Clinical responsibility
CliniFlows is not a patient record and does not provide patient-specific diagnosis or clinical decision support. Customers remain responsible for the clinical accuracy, source selection, approval, publication, review, and use of every pathway.
Customer content
Customers retain responsibility for pathways and other content they provide. Documents uploaded to build a pathway are processed temporarily and deleted after processing. Customers grant CliniFlows the limited permission needed to process those documents and to host, display, back up, and transmit saved pathway content to operate the service. Customers must have the rights and authority required to upload and publish their content.
Acceptable use
Users must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, upload malware, infringe another person’s rights, or use it for unlawful activity.
- Do not upload patient-identifiable clinical records.
- Do not publish content beyond the permissions granted by its owner or source.
- Do not probe or bypass access controls except through an expressly authorised security test.
Availability and changes
CliniFlows may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service and may carry out maintenance when reasonably required. Availability, support, data export, and service-level commitments may be governed by a separate written agreement where one applies.
Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or terminated where necessary to protect the service or its users, respond to a legal requirement, address non-payment under an applicable agreement, or stop a material breach. Where reasonable, CliniFlows will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue.
Warranties and liability
The final warranty, indemnity, and liability provisions remain subject to legal review. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Governing law
These draft terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to a user or customer.
