Import guidance

Create editable pathway content from source guidance.

Prepare the source

Use a clinical guideline, SOP, referral document, or other non-patient source. Keep patient-identifiable information out of files and pasted text.

Review the imported pathway

Import creates editable pathway content, then deletes the uploaded document and extracted text. Inspect the proposed structure carefully before continuing in the canvas.

Review an imported pathwayConfirm the patient-data acknowledgement, wait for conversion, inspect the proposed structure, and add it to the canvas.
  1. Upload the document.
  2. Wait for conversion and automatic deletion to finish.
  3. Review the proposed structure.
  4. Apply the pathway to the intended canvas.
  5. Resolve any remaining pathway issues.
