A personal workspace contains pathways attributed to you. Organisation contexts hold pathways governed by a wider service or team and can include multiple locations.
Choose the right context
Create the pathway where its long-term ownership belongs. Switching context changes the pathways and governance work you can see, but it does not move existing content automatically.
