Review and publish a pathway

Complete the governance checks that make a pathway ready to share.

Before publication

Confirm the author, pathway content, and visibility. Walk every branch and resolve outstanding issues before approval.

Publish an approved pathwayOpen Share, choose Publish, add a change summary, and publish the reviewed version.
  1. Clinically review every step and connector.
  2. Confirm the owner and governance context.
  3. Run Pathway checks and test all branches.
  4. Choose publication visibility and publish.

After publication

Readers receive the approved published version. Later draft edits do not silently replace it; publish a new approved version when changes are ready.
