Create your first pathway

Choose a workspace and start a pathway from the dashboard.

Choose a location

Open the app and select New pathway from your publishing home. Choose the personal or organisation location that should own the pathway. The location controls who can find and work on it.

Start and name the pathway

Give the pathway a clear clinical title. You can begin with a blank pathway, import supported guidance, or generate an AI-assisted pathway where that option is available.

Create a pathway from the publishing homeOpen New pathway, choose Blank canvas, and land in the editor with a starting step ready to rename.

Select the destination workspace.
Enter a concise pathway title.
Choose how you want to start.
Open the editor and add the first clinical step.
